Here are some of the frequently asked questions that we hear.
Who provides the cleaning supplies?
We come prepared with our own supplies and equipment. We bring our own vacuum, mop, fresh cleaning cloths, essential oil based solution, and much more.
What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To make sure that we are able to do the best and most efficient work we ask that you pick up toys, clothing, and other similar items before our visit. We do offer organization services but they are not included in standard reoccuring cleaning plans.
How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work?
For all reoccuring cleaning services we create a list specific to the cleaning package that you chose. If we miss something of off that list all you have to do is inform us within 24 hours and we will give you your next cleaning for free.
How do I pay?
The first time that we clean your house we ask you to pay us when we finish. This way we can make sure that you are happy with the service before you pay. After that we can take a reoccuring credit card payment prior to each service or you can pay by any method that you would like monthly. We send invoices that allow you to pay by credit card or electronic check.
How do I know you will keep doing a good job?
Aside from our satisfaction guarantee we push the responsibility of consistency down to everyone in our organization. Each employee gets a bonus based off of their performance. Just like UBER we ask you to rate each service. If our employees get all five stars for the week then we give them a bonus.
How does your rating system work?
We will have our messaging system send you a text the evening after each service. The message will ask you to rate your satisfaction of the service on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the highest). If the number is lower than a five you will get a phone from us to get more details about your dissatisfaction. We need your feedback to improve.
How do I ask for a special request or a one time help on something that is not included in my regular cleaning service?
You are welcome to call us with any kinds of request, submit a request on our website on the "Request a Service Page", or you can email us. Please notify us of the request at least 24 hours prior to the service this will give us time to prepare if we need to bring more people or special products.
How many people will be cleaning my house?
In most cases two. However sometimes it my just be one. However, for deep cleaning we will often bring two to three.
Do I need to sign a contract?
